  1. My friend just taught me this. I was having an awful day and needed to cry. She said to cry out all that pain, fear, rejection, anxiety, self hatred, etc. Then when you’re ready, get a glass of water and meditate on it. Bless it with self love, peace, healing, etc. Then drink it in.

    I’m not sure how common this is, but I had never heard it before and it helped me, so I wanted to share. <3

  2. Crying, vomiting, urination, and defecation are all forms of purgation, and not just physically. We don’t like to talk about this, because it’s gross, but in the same way you can banish by crying, you can banish by pooping. XD
