  1. I don’t really incorporate magic into my work out, but I personally think it’s hard to respect nature, spirits, gods, or ones ancestors if you can’t even respect yourself enough to maintain a healthy life style.

  3. Definitely focus my intent before a session, harness, focus and utilise energy during and afterwards I will often sit and meditate/journey in the sauna or at home in an Epsom salts bath later.

  4. I’m starting to use my craft as a preparation for Roller Derby! Just trying to bring out the best in myself on the track both spiritually and physically.

    Next bout I’m going to be tracing sigils and ogham on my body!
